BTLG Attorneys Obtain Sanctions Judgment for Client

BTLG attorneys Chris Young and Heather Yeung obtained a sanctions award for their clients in long-standing litigation against Byung Mook Cho and The New Belvedere Cleaners, Inc.  The conduct of Defendant Byung Mook Cho, was determined by the Court to be "without substantial justification".  The order, obtained in the Circuit Court for Howard County, Maryland, was reduced to a judgment in the amount of $119,237.48 in favor of the BTLG clients.
