BTLG obtains judgment for client against former employee


Columbia, MD—January 11, 2008— BTLG has obtained a judgment on behalf of its client Metro Nursing Services against a former vice-president and his competitive company.  The former vice-president formed the competitive company while working for Metro Nursing Services.  The trial court adopted, almost in its entirety, proposed findings of fact filed by BTLG attorneys on behalf of Metro Nursing Services.  Based upon those findings of fact the court entered a judgment in the amount of $132,076.35.  The Defendants did not appeal the decision of the court.
