Blackwell Joins BTLG


Columbia, MD—March 27, 2006—           

            Matthew Blackwell has joined Business Technology Law Group (BTLG) in Columbia.  Blackwell, formerly of CSC, joins the firm as Of Counsel, and will focus on technology transactions.

            Blackwell has a J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.  He has an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University and a B.B.A from George Washington University.
