Maryland District Court Judge Suspended
In its opinion issued May 13, 2008, the Maryland Court of Appeals suspended District Court Judge Bruce Lamdin without pay for a period of thirty (30) days beginning May 19, 2008. The Court agreed with the unanimous recommendation of the Maryland Commission on Judicial Disabilities. Judge Lamdin's courtroom comments were much publicized long before the issuance of this decision.
