BTLG client wins contempt action

By order dated September 30, 2016, the Circuit Court for Carroll County found Francesco "Frank" Illiano and his company  Illiano Property Management Inc. in contempt for willful failure to obey writs issued by the Court.  In a Memorandum Opinion, the Court explained its findings in detail, including its finding of bad faith by Illiano.   

The action arises from a judgment entered in favor of BTLG client 1st Team FItness LLC and the matter is captioned as 1st Team Fitness LLC, et al. v. Frank Illiano case number 06-C-13-063876.
