Wage Payment and Collection Law - Barufaldi II
In a decision issued June 29, 2012, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals held that an award of attorneys' fees is not mandatory to a plaintiff under the Maryland Wage Payment and Collection Law, but if awarded, a lodestar analysis is appropriate.
